Job Description

Auctane seeks a results-driven Inventory Operations Manager to lead their global supply chain for office supplies, manage inventory levels, and spearhead private label product development. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver, passionate about efficient systems, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage global supply chain strategies
• Lead end-to-end inventory planning
• Own the full lifecycle of private label product development
• Manage and enhance relationships with 3PLs and key suppliers
• Continuously improve fulfillment operations
• Develop and maintain optimal shipping routing logic
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Refine procedures for inventory accuracy
• Serve as the subject matter expert for all inventory-related matters

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in inventory management, global supply chain operations, or logistics
• Proven success in inventory planning, 3PL management, and vendor negotiation
• Strong experience managing or contributing significantly to private label product development
• Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements
• Proficient with ERP, WMS, and inventory management software
• Embodies leadership principles like Ownership, Bias for Action, and Learn and Be Curious
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
