Job Description

Script Partner Pharmacy Team supports the company mission of making medications accessible by fulfilling prescriptions during the last stages of the prescription journey. We are responsible for ensuring our patients receive their medications in a timely and safe manner. Responsibilities include data entry, prescription order preparation, inventory management, provider communication, issue resolution, and adherence to safety and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Data entry of electronic, faxed, and verbal prescriptions
• Preparation of prescription orders, including workflow management, dispensing, and shipping
• Inventory maintenance (storage, ordering, rotating and beyond use dating)
• Handling provider/physician communications (voicemails, calls)
• Resolution of open issues from various departments
• Performing tasks safely and compliantly
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Active Pharmacy Technician license in Missouri
• 1-2 years of Pharmacy Technician experience
• PTCB or NHA certification (or willingness to obtain within 120 days)
• Professional phone presence
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new software
• Competent in basic pharmacy calculations
• Background check and drug test approval
