BevMo! by Gopuff is seeking a Sales Floor Leader for their Retail Operations team. The role supports the Store Manager in creating a positive customer experience, driving sales, and achieving business goals. Responsibilities include leading daily operations, motivating the team, analyzing sales trends, developing action plans, enforcing company policies, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment for customers
• Assist and sell to customers
• Respond to customer inquiries and needs
• Ensure exceptional customer service
• Manage day-to-day store operations (opening/closing, cash handling, POS)
• Achieve sales targets and maximize profitability
• Use promotional and upselling techniques
• Partner with store support teams to increase sales
• Support Store Manager in managing expenses
• Utilize company tools to diagnose opportunities and develop action plans
• Monitor inventory levels and manage inventory
• Support store manager in training staff
• Ensure pricing, signage, and displays are correct
• Receive vendor deliveries and stock sales floor
• Control inventory stock levels and reorder
• Enforce company policies (health, safety, security)
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment

Requirements

• 3+ years of management experience
• Retail or Hospitality management experience (preferred)
• Wine, Spirits & Beer product knowledge (preferred)
• Ability to work full-time (nights, weekends, holidays)
• Understanding of regulatory requirements related to the sale of alcohol
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds
