Job Description

AffiniPay is seeking a strategic and people-focused Manager, Go-to-Market Talent Acquisition to lead their Sales & Marketing recruiting team. This role will oversee recruiting operations, manage Recruiting Coordinators, and develop recruitment marketing strategies. The position is highly visible and will shape talent attraction, hiring, and retention strategies as the company scales.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters focused on GTM roles (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, etc.)
  • Partner with GTM leaders and Finance on headcount planning, role prioritization, and pipeline strategy
  • Build scalable hiring frameworks to support both high-volume and strategic hiring
  • Oversee the Recruiting Coordination function, ensuring timely, high-quality scheduling, strong communication with candidates and interviewers, and a consistent white-glove experience
  • Own and improve core recruiting systems (Greenhouse, Gem), processes, and workflows to support scale

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, including 2+ years managing or leading GTM or revenue recruiters
  • Strong track record of hiring for SaaS sales, marketing, and GTM roles—ideally in mid-size or high-growth companies
  • Proven ability to develop recruiting strategies and scale operational infrastructure (ATS, workflows, metrics)
  • High EQ and executive presence—you’re a trusted partner to leaders and a coach to your team
  • Analytical and metrics-savvy—comfortable using data to guide decisions, forecast pipeline, and report results
  • Passionate about employer branding, candidate experience, and inclusive hiring practices
  • Hands-on, technical experience working in Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter
