Job Description

RTR is seeking a Process Engineer to join the Operations Engineering team to plan and execute capacity expansion and process improvements. This role partners with cross-functional teams and business leaders to drive critical business initiatives, shaping strategic planning and tackling key challenges to enhance fulfillment and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage processing and storage capacity model, gathering insights for monthly business reviews.
• Collaborate with senior analysts and operation managers to analyze and report financial and operational data.
• Manage Capex and CI projects from initiation to completion, including RCA, project planning, vendor management, timeline management, change management, and stakeholder updates.
• Implement continuous improvement and lean tools for standardization across sites.
• Lead and support process improvements, from data analysis to implementation, including pick path optimization and inventory flow changes.
• Independently address business problems, automation limitations, scaling factors, and boundary conditions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or Physics.
• 2+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Industrial Dry Cleaning.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience leading technical and CI projects or supporting large complex projects.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools like SQL, GBQ, Tableau, or Looker.
• Ability to develop standardized reporting templates and processes.
• Skill in creating charts, graphs, and visualizations for clear and concise presentations.
• Ability to prepare regular financial and operational reports and dashboards.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
