Job Description

As a National Account Manager of Channel Sales, you'll manage existing partners, recruit and onboard new regional partnerships to drive indirect sales in your designated territory. You'll become a subject matter expert on Dialpad products, educating, training, and capturing mindshare with partners. You'll contribute to the global sales team by acquiring new customers, uncovering market opportunities, and promoting Dialpad. The role involves recruiting, enabling, and managing partners, and working closely with marketing and other internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Managing existing partners and recruiting/onboarding new regional partnerships
  • Becoming a subject matter expert on Dialpad products
  • Educating, training, and capturing mindshare with partners
  • Recruiting and onboarding new channel partners
  • Providing product training, solution demonstrations, and partner portal access
  • Building long-standing relationships with partners
  • Uncovering and driving new business opportunities
  • Overseeing and managing the sales funnel
  • Working closely with marketing to build partner recruitment webinars and sequences
  • Being an integral part of GTM motions

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in channel management and/or technology sales
  • Recent experience working for an emerging tech company
  • Met/exceeded own direct sales goals
  • Proven methodology to prospect and build a pipeline
  • Experience driving the sales process across internal and external teams
  • Proven track record of sustained over-performance against sales quota and pipeline goals
