Job Description

The Manager, Operations & Maintenance will develop and lead revenue-generating O&M initiatives related to the completion of customer solar projects. This role requires collaboration with Third Party Owners, Field Service Providers, and internal teams to ensure efficient project completion and commissioning. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of solar installation milestones, strong communication skills, and experience negotiating with solar dealers and providers. Quick action and excellent communication are crucial to preserving the customer experience during system downtime or repairs.

Responsibilities

• Managing and supporting a team of Project Specialists to meet project deadlines
• Day-to-day pipeline management, problem-solving, and oversight of assigned projects
• Building relationships with solar dealers and service providers to expand coverage area
• Preparing and sending weekly progress snapshots
• Holding weekly meetings with stakeholders to present progress, collaborate on ideas, and document feedback

Requirements

• 2-4+ years of relevant solar experience
• Ability to effectively communicate to key stakeholders
• Ability to adapt quickly to learning new systems
• Advanced Excel and CRM (Salesforce) knowledge
• Team player, collaborative, ability to work well with others
• Bachelor's degree preferred
