Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior Production Manager to join our Marketing & Communications team in New York. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in scaling and supporting Nexxen U—our flagship educational program that transforms advertisers into media planning experts across linear, CTV, and digital video. This position is a unique blend of creative content development and technical production management. On the creative side, you’ll help craft compelling educational content, write scripts, and collaborate closely with our design team to bring ideas to life. On the production side, you’ll manage external partners responsible for filming, editing, and animation, while also overseeing content organization and updates within Skilljar, our Learning Management System (LMS). Reporting to the Senior Marketing Director, you’re a creative thinker and doer—equally comfortable generating big ideas and bringing them to life. You’re excited to help shape a best-in-class learning experience for the advertising industry. Some travel may be required for on-location shoots outside of NYC.

Responsibilities

• Develop, script, and implement educational content
• Collaborate with brand designers, video editors, and animators
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Develop and maintain production workflows
• Coordinate with external vendors
• Oversee end-to-end production processes
• Conduct thorough reviews of content and production processes
• Manage the backend of the LMS

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in video content creation
• Exceptional storytelling and writing abilities
• Experience in end-to-end production process
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Able to work collaboratively across multiple lines of business
