Job Description

Develop and execute strategies to attract and recruit top-tier graduates and interns from universities around the world. Collaborate with university recruiting teams, research and develop partnerships, plan and manage recruiting events, and analyze metrics to enhance outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team to create and implement innovative strategies for attracting, recruiting, and retaining university talent
• Work with university recruiting teams and stakeholders to align partnerships with business needs
• Research, identify, develop, and maintain partnerships with universities, student organizations, and faculty
• Plan, coordinate, and manage recruiting events (on-campus and in-office)
• Partner with Communications team to advertise events
• Collect, prepare, and analyze metrics and reports to measure program success
• Work cross-functionally with stakeholders and recruiters

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in university recruiting or higher education
• Thrive on engaging with people and building relationships
• Willingness to travel to core universities during peak seasons
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong initiative and sense of urgency
• Proven track record of thriving in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Bachelor's degree
