Grafana Labs is seeking a Commercial Account Executive to prospect and close new business across the West Coast Region of the US. The role involves identifying, nurturing, and closing opportunities with both new and existing customers, managing forecasts, and tracking customer data. A consultative sales approach is emphasized, focusing on understanding customer needs before discussing products. The successful candidate will articulate product value, guide customers through the trial phase, and build strong relationships with the Customer Success team. A technical background and experience selling technical products are preferred.
