Quanata is seeking a Program Manager II to join their Program Management Office (PMO) Team. The role involves managing initiatives, driving delivery optimization, ensuring alignment, facilitating governance, and leading process improvements. The Program Manager II will tackle complex challenges, drive planning cycles, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
• Six to Eight years project/program management or relevant experience
• Expert in developing and maintaining team harmony
• Showing workplace resilience in the face of change and feedback
• PMP certification (Bonus)
• Six Sigma Green Belt (Bonus)
