The Operations Manager supports operations in assigned locations, supervising employees and ensuring operational standards are met, including team member performance, customer service, financials, maintenance, and safety.
Responsibilities
Manage a team of hourly employees, including scheduling, time tracking, and development
Create, implement, and manage forecasting, planning, and budgeting for assigned locations
Control spending and keep expenses within budget
Maintain maintenance control documents and meet maintenance goals
Promote safe work practices through audits and coaching
Work with clients to define performance measurements
Ensure client operational documentation is complete
Ensure Premier’s Customer Service standards are met
Implement company initiatives and processes
Conduct performance evaluations
Perform specific operational responsibilities as needed
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred
Prior business experience preferred
Scheduling and payroll knowledge a plus
Ability to plan and manage time for multiple tasks
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Able to detect safety concerns and adjust accordingly
Must maintain confidentiality of all work-related information
Ability to work in a diverse environment
Good work habits and willingness to work extended hours
