Human Resources Service Center Representative provides Tier I and Tier 2 assistance to employees on HR solutions, policies, Leave Administration, and ADA accommodations.
Responsibilities
Record employee information into HRIS systems
Administer HR programs and policies
Provide Tier I support via phone, email, or chat
Provide resources on HR solutions
Process HR system tasks
Respond to legal and employee requests for files
Prepare documentation for file imaging
Requirements
H.S. Diploma or GED equivalent
Entry level position
Data entry or call center experience preferred
Experience with confidential information
Ability to follow procedures and recognize when to escalate
