Job Description

Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking Depot Technicians to perform bench repairs on Toshiba point of sale equipment and equipment from other manufacturers. Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing equipment, using host-based systems, training new employees, and maintaining a clean work area.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair point of sale computer equipment
• Use host-based systems to report work performed and parts used
• Perform high-quality work and maintain accurate records
• Train new employees on repair and system-based tasks
• Demonstrate teamwork within the Repair Center
• Learn and observe all safety procedures
• Perform pick/pack/ship of components
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in electronics repair or assembly
• Ability to follow and perform testing scripts
• Ability to accurately record/document process activity
• Knowledge of hand tools and ability to perform repairs on small product components
• General computer skills
• Strong organizational and process driven skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to perform accurately with high-quality results
• Ability for high output and quality performance
