Job Description

As a Staff Technical Program Manager, you will drive critical, cross-functional initiatives in partnership with business and technology stakeholders. You will manage programs from inception to customer delivery, ensuring effective communication and timely, high quality delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of strategic, cross-functional programs
• Manage programs and objectives by defining interconnected work streams
• Influence and collaborate across organizations
• Communicate program plans, risks, and issues
• Drive the definition and design of new processes and evaluation of new technology
• Mentor and coach other TPMs

Requirements

• 7+ years driving complex, multi-year technical programs
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to influence and partner with stakeholders
• Independent, critical thinking
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall SDLC
• Proficient understanding of program management tools
• Detail-oriented and able to understand the bigger picture
