Job Description

Bungie is looking for a dedicated Technical Support Specialist I to function in the role as a Desktop Technician. You will be helping us support the workstations and people working on our world class games! The ideal candidate is a phenomenal teammate, possessing outstanding customer service skills and an appetite for growing their technical breadth.

Responsibilities

  • Install workstation operating systems
  • Solve computer and basic user networking issues
  • Provide support for MS Windows 10 and 11
  • Provide hardware, software and systems support
  • Use custom tools to support users and their systems
  • Basic user account/computer object administration (Active Directory)
  • Participate in analyzing and debugging desktop software applications
  • Participate in the maintenance of equipment, inventory and related documentation
  • Receive and ship inventory on an as needed basis

Requirements

  • Proficient in using technical tools
  • 2-3 years supporting end users and desktops
  • Skilled in installation and administration of operating systems, including Windows 10 and 11
  • Competent with command line tools
  • Self-driven and able to immediately contribute
  • Able to learn quickly in a highly technical, fast paced and intensive environment
  • Experience in a role involving direct customer contact
  • Able to lift 50 pounds
