Job Description

As a Technical Recruiter for our Product team, you will help build the team that shapes the company’s future products and trajectory. You will recruit for a variety of positions across the Product organization, ranging from Commercial Operations and Pricing roles to multiple levels of Product Managers, from MBA interns to Directors.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process
• Partner closely with the Product leadership team
• Make improvements to our hiring processes as we continue to scale
• Deliver a high-touch, transparent candidate experience

Requirements

• Work onsite at our San Mateo HQ
• Bachelor's degree
• 4+ years of technical sourcing or full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally for Product Management roles
• Demonstrated experience generating a well-targeted and high-quality candidate pipeline for complex positions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on timely communication
• Adept at managing competing priorities and navigating a fast-paced startup environment
