Job Description

Verkada seeks a West Regional Vice President, Enterprise Sales to lead the Enterprise Corporate sector, driving revenue, developing high-performing teams, and fostering key partnerships. This role involves strategic and tactical planning to achieve growth targets and align with company goals.

Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of revenue across the region
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive focus plan to maximize growth opportunities
  • Act as a core member of Verkada’s Enterprise Leadership Team
  • Lead and mentor a team of Regional Sales Directors and Enterprise Account Executives
  • Facilitate weekly forecast and pipeline review meetings
  • Provide individualized coaching sessions
  • Drive account strategies with a hands-on approach
  • Foster collaboration across teams and channel partners
  • Deliver accurate, actionable forecasts
  • Organize and lead strategic and tactical planning sessions

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a 2nd-line Enterprise sales leader
  • 3+ years managing enterprise sales teams driving complex technical solutions
  • Proven track record as a high-performing individual contributor
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and maintain a strong field presence
  • Deep understanding of complex sales cycles
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar sales methodology
  • Experience in security software/hardware, networking, subscription-based SaaS, or cloud software is a plus
  • Strong technical aptitude
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
