Job Description

Verkada seeks an iOS engineer to join their team, collaborating across functions to support the iOS application lifecycle for both existing and new applications, enabling their security systems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on feature development
• Define and drive iOS architecture
• Implement best practices for code quality and testing
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship
• Identify and resolve technical challenges

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or similar field
• 5+ years of relevant work experience
• In-depth understanding of Swift and iOS SDK
• Experience writing multi-threaded, asynchronous code
• Experience working with backend server APIs
• Strong UI development skills
• Strong unit testing skills
• Solid understanding of fundamental Computer Science concepts
• Excellent interpersonal skills
