The Office Lead will join the Global Workplace Services Team, focusing on workplace experience, vendor management, budget analysis, and special projects to ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
Champion a culture of belonging
Create immersive in-office experiences
Oversee daily office operations
Manage workplace vendors
Use data and employee feedback to improve satisfaction and productivity
Ensure business needs are met
Support Sr. Office lead in core week coordination and major events
Support Sr. Office lead with management of Food & Beverage program
Audit and ensure FM work orders are resolved
Support major NYC optimization project
Coordinate schedule and manage office deliveries
Draft and send frequent office wide communications
Balance stakeholder needs with long term planning
Track, monitor, and report on budget performance
Manage purchase orders
Oversee invoice processing and reconciliation
Manage all NYC FM-related contracts
Partner with Procurement and Legal teams
Maintain centralized tracking system
Requirements
5+ years’ experience in hospitality, facilities management, or workplace experience
Excitement for delivering innovative solutions
Embodiment of Spotify values
Knowledge of New York City building codes and regulations
Ability to effectively respond to sensitive issues
