Job Description

As an Account Manager, Mid-Market Sales at Attentive, you will drive customer retention by managing expansion sales opportunities of Attentive’s mid-market customer base.

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and accurate weekly forecasts
  • Steer complex pricing negotiations
  • Identify and pursue strategic opportunities for growth
  • Prepare and present data and trends to customers
  • Manage customer inquiries related to commercial aspects
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal teams

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in a closing sales role
  • Experience working in a SaaS, MarTech, AdTech or startup preferred
  • Strong competency around objection handling
  • Analytical account development strategy
  • Ability to think strategically about customer goals
  • Experience managing the sales cycle across Salesforce.com or other CRM
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Demonstrated experience consistently meeting and exceeding quota
  • Email sales experience is strong preference
  • Willingness to travel (up to 20%)
