As an Account Manager, Mid-Market Sales at Attentive, you will drive customer retention by managing expansion sales opportunities of Attentive’s mid-market customer base.
Responsibilities
Provide timely and accurate weekly forecasts
Steer complex pricing negotiations
Identify and pursue strategic opportunities for growth
Prepare and present data and trends to customers
Manage customer inquiries related to commercial aspects
Partner cross-functionally with internal teams
Requirements
2-3 years of experience in a closing sales role
Experience working in a SaaS, MarTech, AdTech or startup preferred
Strong competency around objection handling
Analytical account development strategy
Ability to think strategically about customer goals
Experience managing the sales cycle across Salesforce.com or other CRM
Entrepreneurial mindset
Demonstrated experience consistently meeting and exceeding quota
