KUBRA is seeking a hardworking and reliable Insert Operator for their Dallas, TX office to manage automated finishing and post-finishing machinery, ensuring efficient processing of invoices and statements. The role involves operating folding and insertion equipment, assisting with machine maintenance, and maintaining quality control in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate folding and insertion machines
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets
• Set up machines based on job specifications
• Assist with equipment maintenance
• Adhere to SOPs, QTMs, and QA processes
• Conduct regular quality checks
• Maintain security and confidentiality of documents
• Prepare and tray jobs for delivery
• Assume responsibility for sorter/verifier performance
• Communicate finishing/quality concerns
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments
• Report machine malfunctions
• Perform routine maintenance
• Ensure accuracy of sorting and insertion
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements

• 2+ years of related experience preferred
• Ability to perform manual labor (lifting up to 50 lbs)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic mechanical aptitude
• Technical knowledge of machinery
• Multi-tasking abilities
• Prior experience operating folding and insertion machines is preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Effective communication skills
• Physical stamina
