Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 7+ years of experience managing consumer experiences in automotive retail
• 5+ years of front-line experience in a customer-facing automotive retail environment
• Deep understanding of automotive retail operations
• First-hand knowledge of managing complex sales transactions
• Proven track record of building a high-performing team
• Mindfulness of organizational navigation
• Demonstrated ability to develop vendor/partner relationships
• Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license
• Passport preferred
• Ability to travel up to 25%
