Engineer to perform and coordinate validation activities across all Electrical and Electronic systems at the vehicle level. Ensuring functional integration, robustness, and compliance of EE systems in a full vehicle context.
Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and document whole vehicle EE validation activities
Perform system-level functional testing, fault injection, regression testing, and verification of cross-domain features
Support cold/hot climate testing, road load validation, EMC exposure, and system behavior in various real-world scenarios
Collaborate with system and feature owners to define test conditions
Validate EE system integration and interdependencies
Lead and support root cause analysis of issues found during testing
Manage issue tracking, triaging, and resolution status
Ensure that vehicle-level EE validation aligns with regulatory and quality standards
Contribute to validation reports, test case coverage tracking, and homologation documentation
Work cross-functionally with various teams to drive coordinated testing efforts
Identify opportunities to improve test procedures, automation, and reporting
Support test readiness reviews, milestone gates, and program-level sign-offs
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, or a related field
4–8 years of experience in EE system development, validation, or integration
Strong hands-on experience performing vehicle-level validation of EE systems
In-depth knowledge of zonal EE architectures, vehicle network protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet), and diagnostic tools (UDS, OBD)
Experience using tools such as CANalyzer/CANoe, INCA, or similar for data logging, analysis, and debugging
Experience using JIRA for issue management
Solid understanding of cross-domain EE system behavior
Strong communication skills
Full flexibility to travel throughout the United States and Europe
