Job Description

The Senior Specialist will define and coordinate technical career paths, design training programs, oversee content development, manage an LMS platform, and collaborate with stakeholders to support performance goals within the aftersales organization. They will also supervise a team of trainers and build partnerships with educational institutions.

Responsibilities

  • Define and coordinate technical career paths and training journeys
  • Design and implement blended learning strategies
  • Oversee the development of technical content
  • Support the evaluation and configuration of an LMS platform
  • Ensure training programs are tailored for various roles
  • Define tools and methodologies for content creation
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to support performance goals
  • Supervise and guide a team of technical trainers
  • Develop partnerships with technical schools
  • Coordinate the set up and management of regional training centers

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in technical training within the automotive or mobility sector
  • Proven experience leading technical training programs
  • Deep understanding of blended learning methodologies and training technologies
  • Experience coordinating training for various technical roles
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to drive collaboration across functions
  • Ability to build and manage partnerships with educational institutions
