Manage, research, and analyze technical information for new vehicles, technologies, and product changes, including repair information, customer information, and spare parts catalogs. Coordinate with legal and compliance departments, manage translations, and collaborate with other departments to improve repair concepts and reduce costs.

Responsibilities

• Manage and analyze technical information for projects
• Create, edit, and update repair information
• Oversee customer information creation and updates
• Create and maintain spare parts catalogs
• Coordinate with legal and PCMS departments
• Oversee auto-certification
• Manage translations
• Collaborate with other departments
• Support technicians and workshops

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Several years of experience in technical information management or related field
• Strong understanding of vehicle technologies and repair concepts
• Proficiency in project management and meeting deadlines
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Proficiency in German is a plus
• Passport required
• Valid driver's license required
