Job Description

Seeking a detail-oriented Construction Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to oversee the quality of construction activities on-site. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of construction quality control processes, OSHA safety standards, and preferably experience working on federal government construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and document construction activities for compliance
• Conduct inspections, material verifications, and testing
• Review and maintain QA documentation
• Coordinate with contractors to resolve quality-related issues
• Ensure site compliance with OSHA safety standards
• Assist in developing and implementing QA Plans
• Conduct QA briefings and meetings
• Support audits and inspections

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in construction quality assurance or quality control
• Strong knowledge of OSHA construction safety standards
• Familiarity with QA/QC processes for commercial or government construction projects
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and construction management software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
