Job Description

Support existing trading systems for internal and external customers in a fast-paced growing environment.

Responsibilities

• Create, modify, and maintain user logins and account configurations
• Provide 1st level support to trading application users
• Respond to support requests via phone, email and IMs
• Work with vendors to resolve production issues
• Work with developers to improve software and troubleshoot problems
• Maintain documentation of support processes, ongoing technical issues, and workarounds
• Assist with resolving clearing issues
• Work on special projects as necessary

Requirements

• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Excellent customer support and communication skills
• Understanding of trading industry concepts and terminology
• Working knowledge of finance industry clearing is a plus
• Troubleshooting experience in financial trading applications is a plus
• Proficiency with the Windows operating system is a plus
• Self-motivated, energetic and results-orientated
• 2-3 years of Financial Services experience is preferred
