The Reseller Sales Enablement Program Manager will build and lead the external enablement strategy for Value-Added Resellers (VARs), managing programs to equip Reseller Sales Teams with the knowledge, tools, and training they need to sell Huntress.
Responsibilities
Develop and manage a scalable partner enablement program
Design and deliver training content
Create partner-facing collateral
Build repeatable onboarding experiences
Maintain a centralized library of enablement resources
Collaborate with Reseller Sales Managers to identify enablement gaps
Track usage and effectiveness of training and content
Contribute to joint marketing initiatives
Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert
Requirements
5+ years of experience in sales enablement, Reseller enablement, or Reseller marketing
Strong understanding of Reseller sales motions
Experience designing and delivering training content
Excellent communication and content creation skills
Familiarity with tools such as LMS platforms, content libraries, and partner portals
