Job Description

The Reseller Sales Enablement Program Manager will build and lead the external enablement strategy for Value-Added Resellers (VARs), managing programs to equip Reseller Sales Teams with the knowledge, tools, and training they need to sell Huntress.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a scalable partner enablement program
  • Design and deliver training content
  • Create partner-facing collateral
  • Build repeatable onboarding experiences
  • Maintain a centralized library of enablement resources
  • Collaborate with Reseller Sales Managers to identify enablement gaps
  • Track usage and effectiveness of training and content
  • Contribute to joint marketing initiatives
  • Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, Reseller enablement, or Reseller marketing
  • Strong understanding of Reseller sales motions
  • Experience designing and delivering training content
  • Excellent communication and content creation skills
  • Familiarity with tools such as LMS platforms, content libraries, and partner portals
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Self-starter mindset
