Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, MBA preferred
• Experience with on-site and remote employees
• 3+ years of people leadership experience
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience in a startup environment
• Proficiency in using technology in HR functions
• Confidence in expressing viewpoints
• Strong managerial and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to build relationships
• In-depth knowledge of HR areas
• Ability to work in a demanding environment
• Understanding of labor laws
