Job Description

Noah Medical is seeking an experienced HR professional to join their team as a Director, HRBP & Ops (Consultant). This role involves partnering with leadership to develop and implement people strategies, manage HR functions, and contribute to the company's growth in the medical robotics field. The ideal candidate will be business-savvy, strategic, and results-oriented, with experience in various HR areas.

Responsibilities

  • Develop people strategies aligned with business growth
  • Ensure alignment between people strategies and company objectives
  • Present people and organizational needs to the Executive Leadership team
  • Evaluate programs and practices against business needs
  • Monitor organizational health and HR process effectiveness
  • Ensure talent management processes are effective
  • Create a positive and engaging work environment
  • Partner with senior leaders on organizational design
  • Address underperformance and strategic hiring
  • Resolve employee performance and relations issues
  • Develop talent acquisition plans
  • Drive workplace conditions
  • Implement effective selection processes
  • Drive improved retention and integration
  • Ensure effective internal communication
  • Manage payroll, compensation, and benefit programs

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or related field (MBA or Master's preferred)
  • Experience with on-site and remote employees
  • 3+ years of experience leading people
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience in a startup environment
  • Proficiency in using technology in HR functions
  • Ability to express opposing viewpoints
  • Strong managerial and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to build relationships based on trust
  • In-depth knowledge of staffing, employee relations, compliance, and training
  • Ability to work in a demanding, high-performance environment
  • Understanding of labor laws and employment issues
