Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate
• 5+ years of paralegal experience with a focus on technology contracts
• Strong understanding of legal terms and contract structures in tech industry
• Familiarity with data privacy laws
• Experience managing contracts subject to SOC2 and other security frameworks
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to operate independently
