Job Description

The Case Analyst Team Lead manages and develops a team of up to 15 Case Analysts, including performance reviews, coaching, goal setting, and performance notifications. They maintain medical case data analysis certifications and interpret CT imaging data to create 3D models, ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards. They also manage projects, assist in hiring, and collaborate with other departments to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of up to 15 Case Analysts
• Review performance of direct reports
• Provide coaching and guidance
• Set goals for team members
• Create and deliver performance management notifications
• Encourage team member growth
• Maintain certifications to analyze medical case data
• Interpret CT imaging data to generate 3D models
• Ensure compliance with procedures
• Perform visual inspection and adhere to quality standards
• Provide consultations to team members on CT image interpretation
• Utilize proprietary software tools
• Maintain accurate records
• Identify trends in data for improvement
• Coordinate with other leads to improve production
• Manage projects involving case analysts
• Organize tasks and work independently
• Assist in hiring
• Collaborate with other departments
• Prepare and manage team cultural events

Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with medical terminology and cardiovascular anatomy
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly
• Dedication towards continual improvement
• Experience with CAD and 3D modeling tools preferred
• Current Senior Case Analyst or higher
• 2 years prior management experience for external applicants
• All Case Analyst Certifications
• Maintain high level of quality in monitoring program
• Proven strong level of productivity
• Radiology technology program, computer-based technical program, BS/BA degree, or relevant experience
