Job Description

The Case Analyst Team Lead manages and develops a team of up to 15 Case Analysts, including performance reviews, coaching, goal setting, and performance notifications. They maintain medical case data analysis certifications and interpret CT imaging data to create 3D models. They ensure compliance with regulations, maintain accurate records, and adhere to quality standards. They also manage projects involving case analysts, organize tasks independently, assist in hiring, and manage team cultural events. In addition, Team leads identifies data trends and collaborate with other departments on developing process improvements and monitoring the production environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of up to 15 Case Analysts
• Review performance of direct reports
• Provide coaching and guidance
• Set goals for team members
• Create and deliver performance management notifications
• Encourage team member growth
• Maintain certifications to analyze medical case data
• Interpret CT imaging data
• Document and maintain accurate records
• Perform visual inspection
• Provide consultations to team members
• Utilize proprietary software tools
• Maintain accurate records of case analysis
• Identify trends in data
• Coordinate with other Team Leads
• Manage project teams
• Organize tasks and work independently
• Assist in hiring
• Collaborate with other departments
• Prepare and manage team cultural events

Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with medical terminology and cardiovascular anatomy
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly
• Experience with CAD and 3D modeling tools preferred
• Current Senior Case Analyst or higher
• Minimum of 2 years prior management experience
• All Case Analyst Certifications
• Maintain high level of quality in monitoring program
• Proven strong level of productivity
• Radiology technology program, computer-based technical program, BS/BA degree, or relevant medical imaging experience
