Job Description

Elite Technology is seeking a customer-centric and strategic Group Product Manager to lead the Work to Cash portfolio, focusing on billing, collections, payments, and revenue recognition within a B2B SaaS environment. This remote position involves driving product vision, leading a team, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the Work to Cash roadmap
• Identify opportunities to automate and optimize financial processes
• Leverage trends in SaaS monetization and legal billing compliance
• Prioritize work based on business impact and customer feedback
• Lead the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery
• Collaborate with Engineering, UX Design, and QA
• Use customer feedback and product analytics for improvement
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Managers
• Partner cross-functionally with various teams
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; MBA or law degree preferred
• 7+ years of experience in data management or related roles, including 5+ years in product management and 3+ years in a leadership capacity
• Strong domain expertise in Work to Cash processes
• Experience building or scaling financial products for mid-market to enterprise clients
• Demonstrated success delivering financial software
• Deep understanding of SaaS finance workflows and ERP integrations
• Prior experience in PE-backed, growth-stage environments
• Excellent communication and influence skills
• A collaborative leadership style
• Bonus: Experience with AI-driven financial insights or data products
• Willingness to travel up to 50%
