Job Description

The M&A Integration Manager will lead the planning and execution of end-to-end integration efforts for acquired businesses, ensuring alignment with iCapital’s operating model and strategic goals. This role serves as a critical bridge between strategy and execution, working cross-functionally to deliver seamless, value-accretive integrations.

Responsibilities

  • Define integration strategies aligned with deal rationale
  • Drive cross-functional coordination
  • Conduct pre-close integration assessments and develop Day One readiness plans
  • Lead cross-functional integration teams
  • Develop and manage the business and technology integration plan
  • Establish detailed project plans, KPIs, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Ensure alignment with deal rationale
  • Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and acquired entities
  • Implement effective communication and change management strategies
  • Oversee the alignment of systems, product roadmaps, go-to-market strategies, and customer service models
  • Partner with HR to support onboarding and retention of key talent
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory, legal, and financial requirements
  • Track integration performance metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Conduct post-integration reviews

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in M&A integration, management consulting, corporate development, or strategic operations
  • Deep understanding of the fintech or financial services industry
  • Proven success leading complex, cross-functional integration initiatives
  • Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Able to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity in fast-paced environments
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, results-driven approach
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com) is a plus
