Job Description

iCapital is hiring an Alternative Investment Integrated Marketing Manager to drive training and new product awareness, working with a large wealth management client. The role involves building communication tactics to support advisor engagement and client adoption of alternative investments.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead global or regional campaigns and fund launches
• Plan, coordinate, and execute webinars and field marketing events
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create tailored educational agendas and events
• Support and lead planning processes for global and regional events with key asset manager partners
• Oversee event logistics
• Monitor and evaluate field marketing performance
• Develop expertise in the inner workings of the wealth management client

Requirements

• Basic to intermediate level knowledge of alternative investments
• Strong understanding of compliance requirements in marketing
• Strong project management ability
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with managing multiple competing priorities
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally
• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 10+ years of relevant work experience
• Able to work effectively at all levels
• Excels in a team environment
• Strategic thinker and self-starter
