Job Description

Sojern is seeking an experienced digital advertising sales professional to join their Americas Property Sales Team. The Senior Sales Manager will focus on scaling Sojern’s Hotel Management Group segment through prospecting, pitching, and closing new business.

Responsibilities

  • Build and scale book of business by identifying and engaging with prospects
  • Engage prospects through outbound calls and emails
  • Recommend advertising solutions through a consultative sales approach
  • Achieve monthly quota
  • Maintain current client portfolios and acquire new clients
  • Align monthly with Client Success Managers
  • Utilize Salesforce to report on KPIs
  • Identify and recommend improvements around the Sales process
  • Foster a collaborative team environment

Requirements

  • 4+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 in the hotels/hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of exceeding goals
  • Goal-oriented, passionate, and solution-oriented
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and cross-functionally
  • Comfortable communicating with sales managers and commercial leadership
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient use of Salesforce CRM, Gsuite, and Office Products
