Job Description

The Senior Associate, Product Development (Domestic) will manage the end-to-end tracking of sample yardage and trim requests, act as a central point of contact between various teams, maintain data integrity in PLM and other systems, attend daily fittings, lead sample review readiness, source and manage domestic deadstock materials, place bulk orders, drive adherence to development timelines, and maintain thorough documentation. They will also communicate updates, ensure high standards of execution, foster a collaborative team environment, and support departmental objectives.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of product development/production and sourcing experience in fashion/apparel
• Proficiency in data input and tracking
• Experience sourcing trims and fabrics
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
• Problem-solving mindset
• Strong communication skills
• Self-starter
• Committed to delivering high-quality work
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
• Experience in fashion, apparel, or consumer goods
• Knowledge of PLMs, POs, BOMs, Gsuite, and Office
• Experience maintaining fabric/trim libraries and vendor communications
