Job Description

The Senior Manager, Loyalty, owns the strategic direction, execution, and performance of the Allways Rewards loyalty program. This role is responsible for leading a multi-year transformation of the program, including a complete overhaul of the earn-and-burn structure, a platform migration, and aggressive monetization through new partnerships and initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic roadmap and execution of the Allways Rewards program
  • Overhaul the program’s earn-and-burn mechanics
  • Lead the selection and implementation of a new loyalty platform
  • Develop and monetize strategic partnerships
  • Analyze program performance and customer data
  • Build and lead a growing loyalty team
  • Own relationships with external vendors
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders
  • Manage program budgets and reporting
  • Champion a customer-first mindset

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum seven years of experience in loyalty program leadership
  • Proven track record of designing and scaling loyalty programs
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong background in loyalty monetization
