Job Description

DeepIntent is seeking an experienced Sr Director, Client Success to join their Client Success team. The Sr Director will oversee a people pod while supporting a book of business and building relationships to understand clients business goals and help them achieve success using DeepIntent’s solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage operations associated with key strategic accounts
  • Manage, mentor and coach a pod of Associate Client Success Managers and Client Success Managers
  • Develop, grow and maintain solid customer relationships with clients through exceptional client service
  • Monitor pacing and delivery while working with the Campaign Manager to find ways to optimize based on client’s success metrics
  • Work with the Analytics team to provide ongoing insights on campaign performance and post-campaign wrap-up analysis, as well as conduct client business reviews
  • Work closely with Sales and Strategy to identify ways to grow accounts and bring forth strategic recommendations
  • Take a proactive approach working with agencies, holding companies, and brands in planning and scaling the business to achieve high growth plans
  • Help develop best practices within the Operations organization through internal collaboration
  • Stay current with best practices, strategies, and industry standards related to digital marketing
  • Work with Sales Executives and Campaign Managers to ensure the accuracy of all IO related data

Requirements

  • 8+ years of working experience in a Client Success role within the programmatic industry
  • Extensive people management experience within account management/client success
  • Great passion for digital and an understanding of the digital advertising landscape
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, executive team and industry groups
  • Detail oriented and organized with flexibility to work on diverse projects and accounts
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong knowledge of the ad-tech ecosystem, key industry partners and technical market standards
  • Proven track record of success owning customer relationships, client meetings, QBR's, product training, data analysis, and strategic business reviews
