Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
  • Significant experience in account management or client success (5+ yrs)
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce fulfillment processes
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proactive problem-solving and strategic decision-making skills
