Cloudflare seeks a dynamic Sr. Director of Technical Enablement to lead global enablement across Pre-Sales and Post-Sales technical teams, driving readiness across the customer lifecycle to deliver value and accelerate customer outcomes.
Responsibilities
Own and evolve the global technical enablement strategy for Pre-Sales and Post-Sales teams
Align enablement programs to GTM goals, product priorities, and the customer journey
Oversee onboarding, role-based learning paths, skills development, and technical field readiness initiatives
Act as the senior enablement partner to global SE and PS leadership
Support the Post-Sales Enablement Leader
Participate in strategic planning and QBRs
Influence and collaborate cross-functionally
Lead the growth and direction of Cloudflare’s Managed Labs program
Ensure labs align with field priorities
Manage and coach a global team
Foster a culture of high performance
Define and monitor KPIs to measure program effectiveness
Continuously improve programs based on feedback, readiness metrics, and business outcomes
Requirements
12+ years of experience in technical enablement, solutions engineering, professional services, or GTM strategy in a B2B SaaS environment
Proven leadership of global teams spanning multiple technical domains
Strong executive presence and ability to align with senior GTM leadership
Experience building and scaling hands-on labs or simulations as part of enablement
Deep understanding of technical field roles
Excellent communication, program design, and stakeholder management skills
Strong business acumen
Operational expertise in resource planning, delivery excellence, and escalation management
Familiarity with Cloudflare’s platform
Experience leading enablement in a fast-paced, matrixed, high-growth environment
Background spanning both Pre-Sales and Post-Sales enablement
Proficiency with LMS platforms, lab environments, Salesforce, Confluence, and Google Workspace
