Job Description

LivePerson is seeking a Senior Strategic Account Executive to join their team in the Central or Midwest region. The role involves acquiring new relationships with Fortune 500 companies, fostering client connections, and driving company growth. The ideal candidate will develop customer relationships, execute sales strategies, and position LivePerson products.

Responsibilities

  • Develop key customer stakeholder relationships
  • Drive customer satisfaction at assigned accounts
  • Develop and drive the overall long-term strategy for the account
  • Devise and execute a robust sales strategy
  • Engage with existing and prospect organizations to position LivePerson products
  • Develop a strategic point of view (POV) with brands
  • Navigate complex sales processes
  • Develop detailed account plans
  • Utilize strategic account management techniques
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams

Requirements

  • 10-12+ years of experience in Enterprise B2B SaaS sales
  • 4+ years of experience selling complex business applications/technology
  • 4+ years as a specialist in financial services, health care services, retail
  • Experience attracting and engaging with Fortune 100 organizations
  • Experience generating pipeline and closing new business
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding sales targets
  • Strong sales acumen with a creative problem-solving approach
  • Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and a drive to contribute to business growth
  • Experience working in a fast-growing company selling innovative products
  • Bachelor’s degree
