The role involves leading a team of engineers, ensuring timely and high-quality solutions, fostering a collaborative environment, and supporting engineers' professional growth. The position requires technical leadership, mentorship, and hands-on development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of engineers
• Deliver well-architected and sustainable solutions on time and within scope
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and design partners
• Foster a collaborative team environment
• Support the professional growth of engineers
• Make technical decisions and provide feedback
• Write code alongside teammates
• Own, improve, and scale existing code
• Collaborate with product and program management, QA, and UI/UX
• Collaborate with peers

Requirements

• Demonstrated talent as a mentor and leader
• History of shipping software on-time and on-budget
• Strong technical skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively
• Passion for people and software
• 7+ years of professional software development experience
• 2+ years experience managing teams of 3+ engineers
• BS or equivalent in Computer Science preferred
