Requirements
H.S. Diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
2+ years of customer service/business/sales experience preferred
Obtain and maintain Life license and/or 6/63 license within 12 months
Basic math and billing interpretation skills
Effective written and verbal communication
Active listening, system navigation, research, problem-solving, critical thinking, organization, and time management skills
Internet speed of at least 10 mb/s download 1mb/s upload
