Job Description

Provide exceptional customer service to educators regarding auto and property insurance policies through phone calls, emails, and live chats. Training and support will be provided to obtain necessary licenses.

Responsibilities

  • Develop knowledge of insurance products and policies
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chats
  • Ensure great customer experience
  • Maintain quality and compliance
  • Proactively up-sell and cross-sell insurance solutions

Requirements

  • H.S. Diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • 2+ years of customer service/business/sales experience preferred
  • Obtain and maintain Life license and/or 6/63 license within 12 months
  • Basic math and billing interpretation skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication
  • Active listening, system navigation, research, problem-solving, critical thinking, organization, and time management skills
  • Internet speed of at least 10 mb/s download 1mb/s upload
  • Private, organized work location
