Job Description

BCG Securities (a Horace Mann Company) is seeking an experienced financial advisor to join their dynamic team to develop financial plans, make investment recommendations, and provide ongoing support to clients. This hybrid/onsite position is located in Cherry Hill, NJ.

Responsibilities

• Develop and prepare comprehensive financial plans
• Make investment recommendations and follow-ups
• Provide ongoing support through annual reviews
• Present life insurance and annuity analysis
• Create a planning process to help individuals meet financial goals
• Work with businesses, business owners, and individuals

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 3 years related experience
• Series 7 & 66 securities licenses (or 65/63)
• Life/Health preferred
• Exceptional client relationship management skills
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as a team member
• Exceptional time-management skills
