Job Description

The VP, Partner Development will lead a team of Partner Development Executives, manage partner relationships, and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include leadership, coaching, and performance evaluation of the team, as well as collaborating with internal teams to onboard partners, develop solutions, and expand revenue within the Commercial and Consumer Lending Division.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Partner Development Executives

  • Conduct quarterly business reviews
  • Develop revenue opportunities
  • Address servicing-related issues
  • Develop solutions and launch product extensions
  • Coordinate partner pipeline reviews
  • Develop processes for PDE's
  • Coordinate onboarding of new team members
  • Understand the competitive landscape
  • Understand partner needs
  • Participate in discussions with partners
  • Develop solutions
  • Cultivate relationships with cross-functional departments

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 12+ years of related experience in financial services, preferably Commercial Lending
  • Experience communicating with senior executives
  • Previous leadership experience
  • Track record of growing revenues
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to grasp concepts and take action
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
