Job Description

Figma Ventures is seeking its first full-time hire to develop and expand its investment fund, working closely with founders and Figma executives. This role involves identifying investment opportunities, evaluating new investments, building relationships with founders, and operationalizing the venture fund.

Responsibilities

• Identify investment areas and source opportunities
• Evaluate new investments and manage due diligence
• Build relationships with founders

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant experience as an operator or investor
• 3+ years in venture capital or corporate venture
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated experience in sourcing talent
• Experience building relationships and communicating with stakeholders
