Job Description

Figma is seeking an Account Executive, Federal to drive sales and maximize revenue by building relationships with key decision-makers and delivering innovative solutions. This role involves managing a pipeline of Enterprise accounts, understanding business needs, and ensuring customer success.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a pipeline of Enterprise accounts focused on Federal Civilian/DoD agencies to meet sales targets
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers in new and existing customers
  • Align with executives on business challenges and gain sponsorship for enterprise-wide deployments
  • Create strategic account plans
  • Manage a book of business by tiering accounts
  • Co-create with cross-functional partners to position Figma and drive deals
  • Advance executive-level relationships

Requirements

  • Experience closing sales for a software or SaaS business with an Enterprise book of customers
  • Consistent performance meeting pipeline generation targets
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles
  • A sales methodology and process that creates value for customers
